Are the classes conducted via live video and audio?

What happens if a teacher or a student misses a class?

If a tutor misses a class without prior notice, the student is entitled to a free compensation session. However, if a student misses a class without prior notice, the session is counted out of respect for the tutor's dedicated time slot.

Can we request to change the tutor?
